Estimate of Prices and Additional Charges
Please note that the prices displayed on our website are estimates only. Upon booking, you will receive an accurate price quote before any services commence. Extra product charges may apply for longer or thicker hair lengths, ensuring that each guest receives the appropriate amount of product for their unique needs.
Deposits for Bookings
For bookings made through our website, a deposit of 50% of the booked amount is required to secure your appointment. This deposit serves as a commitment to your booking and helps us ensure availability and efficiency in our scheduling.
Appointment Reminders and Cancellation Policy
To facilitate a smooth experience, we send confirmation text or email reminders 1 and 2 days prior to your appointment. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify the salon at least 24 hours before your scheduled booking. Any cancellations or changes made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a fee equivalent to 50% of the value per booked service or the deposit amount.
Cancellation Procedure
To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact the salon via text or call with a minimum of 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made through our website will not refund your deposit but will hold it as a credit under your account. Refunds of deposits are available if cancellation notice is provided more than 24 hours in advance. Failure to cancel within the specified timeframe will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
Complaints and Concerns
Any concerns or complaints must be brought to our attention within 7 days of your appointment. Failure to notify us within this timeframe may result in charges at the normal service rate. We are committed to addressing any issues promptly and ensuring that every guest leaves satisfied with their experience at J&CO Hair Studio.
